About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic Assistant Social Media Manager to oversee our ShelbyCares portfolio. This role involves creating and scheduling social media content, supporting community health initiatives, and developing promotional materials.
Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
- Promotional Materials: Design and produce promotional materials that align with our brand and messaging.
- Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
- Analytics: Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and goals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
- Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the community health sector.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
- Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva).
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
