About the Role: We are seeking an organized and proactive Assistant Client Success Manager to coordinate projects and engage with clients in the education, family engagement, and community health sectors. This role involves tracking tasks, ensuring deadlines are met, and directly engaging with clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Project Coordination: Track tasks, assign responsibilities, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Client Engagement: Directly engage with clients, representing AWE Ventures within the education, family engagement, and community health sectors.
- Reporting: Prepare project reports and updates for clients and internal teams.
- Sales Support: Assist with onboarding new clients and supporting business development efforts.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Project Management, Business Administration, or related field.
- Proven experience in project coordination or client success management.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Passion for education, family engagement, and community health.
