Assistant Social Media Manager, Education & Family Engagement

About the Role: We are seeking a creative and strategic Assistant Social Media Manager to join our team. This role focuses on creating and scheduling social media content, conducting on-site client visits for interviews and event support, and developing promotional materials within the education and family engagement sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Content Creation: Develop and curate engaging content for our social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
  • Client Visits: Conduct on-site visits to interview clients, capture events, and gather material for social media.
  • Promotional Materials: Design and produce promotional materials that align with our brand and messaging.
  • Social Media Strategy: Assist in developing and implementing social media strategies to increase engagement and reach.
  • Analytics: Monitor and report on social media performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing team to ensure content aligns with overall marketing strategy and goals.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • Proven experience in social media management, preferably within the education and family engagement sectors.
  • Strong writing and editing skills, with an eye for detail and creativity.
  • Proficiency in social media platforms and tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Canva).
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Passion for education and family engagement.
